Notion launches Notion Mail, its AI-powered email client for Gmail

Notion has officially launched Notion Mail, a modern email client integrated with Notion AI. This new tool promises to streamline email management by automating tasks such as labeling and sorting emails based on user-defined criteria. Users can create custom inbox views to filter and prioritize emails, aiding focus and reducing distractions.

Notion Mail allows users to utilize email templates and leverage Notion AI for drafting messages. It supports navigation via keyboard shortcuts and maintains the familiar Notion interface with headings and blocks, using /. Additionally, users can share their availability and facilitate scheduling through a native integration with Notion Calendar.

Currently, Notion Mail is compatible exclusively with Gmail accounts, and is accessible on the web and macOS. Apps for iOS and Android are anticipated later this year.
