Modyfi has been acquired by Figma and will cease operations by June 13th, 2025

Modyfi, a design platform tailored for multidisciplinary designers, has announced that it's joining Figma. Joe Burfitt, CEO and founder of Modyfi, expressed their long-standing admiration for Figma's contributions to the design community and their shared mission to enhance design accessibility. He emphasized the potential for innovation and expansion of design possibilities through this collaboration.

As a result of this transition, Modyfi will cease operations on Friday, June 13th, 2025. Users can continue to access the platform until this date, but post-June 13th, Modyfi will no longer be available. The platform advises users to export and save final versions of their artwork before the shutdown, as these files will be inaccessible afterward. While exporting layered animation files is not supported, users can back up image and video files, following this guide.
