X starts rolling out a new "Certified Bangers" badges for top viral posts each month
X has launched Certified Bangers, a monthly badge that highlights the most engaging personal posts on the platform. The badge appears next to a creator’s username for one month and builds on X’s existing creator payouts by adding a visible trophy emoji tied to high engagement.
Only personal accounts can qualify, and posts are evaluated through authentic interactions such as verified impressions, likes, and replies. Accounts must be in good standing with no repeated or severe policy violations. Eligible posts must be original and cannot include sexual content, advertising, sponsored material, harassment, misleading information, disturbing content, or violence. The program currently only considers posts written in English.
X notes that accounts attempting to manipulate metrics will be excluded. The feature is similar in intent to Instagram’s Rings awards, which also aim to visually recognize standout creator contributions.

I guess the "free speech absolutist" social network has finally gone woke, and that the last post respecting theses rules where posted many years ago, and was called at this time a "tweet".
But at least, the only few lasting advertisers will be happy, until Mr Genius will barf his conspiracy theories again and will still have the badge.
