Granola adds Recipes for context-aware AI prompts and custom workflow personalization
The AI note-taking assistant for meetings Granola has introduced Recipes, a new feature in its redesigned Granola Chat.
Recipes provide pre-built AI prompts linked to users’ work context, using meeting transcripts, conversations, and notes to generate more relevant responses. They can be accessed directly in Granola Chat by typing “/” to open a menu of workflow-focused options.
Users can create their own Recipes, either private or shared with colleagues, but the platform already offers some specialized Recipes from launch, including drafting product requirement documents from brainstorming sessions, preparing for meetings with past discussion context, and collecting structured feedback from design critiques. Other options support coaching based on 1:1 feedback, writing briefs from strategy discussions, or analyzing sales calls for process improvements.
