ServBay 1.4.0 released with MySQL support, enhanced management interfaces, and more

ServBay 1.4.0 has been released, introducing several new features, including MySQL support for versions 5.1 to 9.0, ensuring broad compatibility for data management. The update also includes a new service management interface designed to make operations more intuitive and efficient. A new database service configuration interface has also been added, offering graphical configuration options for MySQL, MariaDB, and Redis, and allowing users to set MySQL or MariaDB as their default SQL server.

Enhanced host configuration features now enable the setup of rewrite rules for platforms such as Laravel and WordPress, providing greater flexibility in URL management. The update supports multiple domains for a single host, adding versatility to domain management, and allows users to modify ports as needed for more customized configurations. A one-click Redis cache clear feature has been introduced, simplifying cache management even when a password is set.

The user login process has been improved with clearer error messages to aid in the quick resolution of login issues. The ServBay runtime has been updated to versions 1.0.11 and 1.1.11, enhancing stability and reliability. Users can upgrade to ServBay 1.4.0 automatically via the app or manually by downloading the installer from the official homepage.
