Search engine Kagi launches preview of enhanced AI Assistant with advanced features

The team behind Kagi, the premium and ad-free search engine, has unveiled a preview version of the new Kagi Assistant for all Ultimate subscribers. This update marks a significant overhaul, introducing several highly anticipated features. Users can now leverage the best LLM models via Kagi Search to accomplish tasks, save assistant threads, and utilize more powerful custom assistants. Additionally, there is control over the assistant's Internet access and customizable system instructions.

Kagi Assistant remains in beta, with both the current and new versions accessible. The old Assistant is unchanged, while the new one can be found via a link in the top right corner of the Kagi search engine.
