Stremio OS now available for Raspberry Pi 4 and 5, powered by LineageOS 21

Stremio has just announced that its popular video streaming application is now available for the Raspberry Pi 4 and 5 under the name Stremio OS. This release operates on LineageOS 21, based on Android TV 14, and does not include any Google apps or services. Instead, it comes pre-installed with Stremio, Stremio Launch on Boot, and the Aptoide TV app.

Users have full control over the Android TV OS, allowing for customization such as enabling or disabling the Stremio Launch on Boot feature. While the Raspberry Pi 5 supports smooth 4K playback, the Raspberry Pi 4 is limited to lower resolutions due to hardware constraints.

It's important to note that the Stremio OS project is still in its experimental stages.
