Raycast 1.80 brings window layout improvements, enhanced auto quit, and more

Raycast, the popular productivity app for macOS, has released version 1.80. This update enhances the recently introduced Window Layouts feature with support for multiple monitors and the ability to open files or links. Users can now quickly open their code editor, browser, and terminal for specific projects with a single command.

Additionally, apps will not be automatically terminated while playing music or using the video camera/microphone, making it convenient for apps like Spotify and Zoom. Users can now set the interval for automatic app termination by searching for an app, selecting “Configure Application”, and setting the desired interval, with the default being 3 minutes.

Further updates include the ability to see past contributors in the extension overview, sending the screen containing the mouse cursor to AI Chat, and support for Visual Studio Code file attachments using drag and drop.
