Microsoft Loop now supports Guest Sharing for pages and workspaces
Microsoft has upgraded its Microsoft Loop platform, now enabling users to share pages, workspaces, and components with guest users, thereby expanding collaborative capabilities beyond their immediate business circles. Organizations that don't use sensitivity labels can share Loop content with any email address. For those using sensitivity labels, this feature will become available once the general release of sensitivity label functionality for Loop workspaces is implemented.
To share a Loop page, users need to click the Share button, select Page, and manage link settings under Settings. They can specify recipients by entering their email addresses under the People you choose option. Shared Loop pages can be distributed through Microsoft Teams and Outlook.com.
Sharing a Loop workspace involves selecting the Share button, choosing Workspace, entering the guest's email address, and sending an invitation via email. Guests must first access a shared Loop page, with a delay of one to two hours before workspace sharing is activated. This feature is available to Microsoft 365 Enterprise, EDU, and SMB license holders for now.
