WhatsApp rolls out sticker editor feature for Android beta testers in latest update

WhatsApp has finally introduced the anticipated sticker editor feature for Android beta testers in its 2.24.6.5 update. This feature allows users to transform and customize images into stickers without the need of third party services like Sticker.ly.

Users can create stickers from images using the sticker keyboard and selecting the "create" option. Alternatively, users can open the image directly and choose the "create sticker" option from the overflow menu. The feature also lets users modify existing stickers through the "edit sticker" option.

When an image is chosen, WhatsApp automatically initiates the drawing editor, focusing on the subject of the image. If users are not happy with the outcome, other sticker options are available.
