ONLYOFFICE improves its AI integration with multiple AI model selections

ONLYOFFICE has enhanced its AI integration, offering users the flexibility to connect various AI assistants, including local models, for personalized use. This update expands AI options beyond just ChatGPT, with pre-installed providers like Open AI, Together AI, Mistral, and GPT4ALL, the latter being desktop-exclusive. The new AI features are available on both web and desktop editors, offering quick access to AI-powered actions for tasks like content creation, translations, summaries, and chatbot interactions.

Users can connect multiple AI assistants at once and choose their preferred model for each task from a drop-down menu. Importantly, no AI model is connected by default, ensuring security and giving users full control over their AI provider selection and management through personal access keys.

A new AI tab interface in all editors centralizes tools and settings for easy access. The Plugin Manager simplifies setup, allowing users to activate the AI plugin and configure models.
