Instagram now lets creators turn on replies in Broadcast Channels

Instagram is upgrading its broadcast channel group chats, enabling creators to turn on "Replies," which allow participants to interact with messages and comments similar to how they engage with Instagram posts.

Participants can also like comments, and there are new time-sensitive "Prompts", encouraging quick responses within a 24-hour window. Enhanced metrics offer creators insights into total interactions, story shares, and poll votes, helping them analyze audience behavior.

The new features are currently exclusive to Instagram, with the possibility of being introduced to broadcast channel support on Messenger and WhatsApp in the future.
