iMobie acquires screen recording and video edit platform FocuSee

iMobie has acquired FocuSee, a recently popular tool for screen recording, sharing, and video editing. As part of the transition, FocuSee accounts and benefits will be integrated into iMobie. In future versions under iMobie, FocuSee will no longer support direct uploads to Gemoo Cloud, but users can manually upload exported content for shareable links and interactive features. Existing cloud storage and upload capabilities will remain unchanged.

iMobie is exploring enhancements like third-party integrations with Dropbox or Google Drive and possibly creating an exclusive cloud service for FocuSee. All current features and benefits will remain available during and after the transition.

For updates, users can visit iMobie's official FocuSee page, while legacy users who stay with Gemoo will retain their current version but won't receive new updates unless they choose to migrate later. It’s worth mentioning that iMobile also owns another screen recorder app called Screenify.
