Opera One R2 launches with AI enhancements, dynamic themes, and improved tab management
Opera has launched Opera One R2, the latest iteration of its AI-ready browser, emphasizing modular design and enhanced AI capabilities. Building on the Aria browser AI, Opera One R2 introduces an improved Command Line with Page Context mode and new features like Image Generation and Image Understanding. Recently, Opera also made Aria accessible to all users without requiring login.
This release also debuts dynamic Themes, offering both static and animated options with sound effects and music, allowing users to customize their browser experience. In terms of tab interaction, Opera One R2 introduces Split Screen and Tab Traces, facilitating simultaneous work on two tabs and tracking recent tab interactions.
Additionally, the music player can now be detached and repositioned, akin to the video pop-out feature, ensuring easy access to music controls. These updates reflect Opera's commitment to enhancing user experience through AI and customizable features.
