Twitch expands Plus Program to more streamers with new 60/40 revenue split

Twitch has expanded its Partner Plus Program, now called the "Plus Program", introducing a new tier that offers a 60/40 revenue split for streamers who can maintain 100 or more points for three consecutive months. The threshold for the 70/30 revenue split in the Plus Program has also been lowered from 350 to 300 plus points, making premium net revenue share rates available to three times more streamers. Twitch Affiliates are also now eligible for the expanded Plus Program.

The Plus Points System, based on subscriptions, allows streamers to earn points which contribute to their eligibility for better revenue splits. Streamers earn one point for each Tier 1 subscription, two points for Tier 2, and six points for Tier 3. Twitch has also removed the $100,000 cap on the 70/30 revenue split, effective immediately, enabling streamers to earn a 70% revenue share beyond the previous limit.

The company is also introducing a "fixed rate model" for Prime Gaming subscriptions, where streamers will earn specific amounts based on the subscriber's country. You can read all the details in the official statement here.
