Zoho Mail enhances security with integrated Open PGP encryption
Zoho Mail has integrated OpenPGP encryption into its email service to enhance security. This encryption method uses Public and Private keys to encrypt and decrypt email content, improving privacy and security. Zoho Mail users can now send encrypted and digitally signed emails and generate and store Public and Private keys from their mailbox.
The Open PGP integration is accessible via the eWidget on the right side of the mailbox. This tool allows users to perform key-related tasks such as creating new key pairs, importing keys, including Public keys of other PGP users, and exporting or deleting keys.
The primary purpose of this integration is to simplify the use of PGP encryption in Zoho Mail, making it more user-friendly. The company offers a detailed guide on sending encrypted emails to help users understand and use PGP encryption, that can be found at: https://www.zoho.com/mail/help/pgp.html
