1Password now available for download on the Microsoft Store
Password manager 1Password is now accessible for download on the Microsoft Store for Windows. This development follows Microsoft's store redesign in 2021, which expanded its offerings to include a broader variety of apps, games, and media content.
The addition of 1Password to the Microsoft Store provides users an efficient way to handle their login details and personal data, while offering a combination of security and convenience, enabling users to generate, store, and autofill login details across multiple devices. It supports syncing across devices, allowing users to access their data anytime, anywhere. The app also allows for the protection, sharing, and management of various data types, including credit card information, Wi-Fi passwords, and financial account details. It is worth mentioning that 1Password is one of the applications that supports Passkeys, as we mentioned some time ago.
1Password also features organizational tools such as tags, categories, and collections for efficient data management. Its Watchtower dashboard provides security alerts to keep users informed about potential threats. The app also supports account recovery for family members and includes guest accounts for vault sharing. Users can now download 1Password from the Microsoft Store now.
