Windows 11 testing Major Updates: modern File Explorer, native RGB Controls and cellular connectivity when Wi-Fi is weak
Microsoft has announced big updates for Windows 11 , which are now being tested with Windows Insiders. The company has released the Windows 11 Insider Preview Build 23475 to the Dev Channel, which includes major updates to the File Explorer and the Home page.
The File Explorer on Windows 11 is getting a modern design using Microsoft's WinUI 3.x technology: it will be similar to a web browser, with your navigation, address bar, and search bar in the same row. The address bar will be smarter by recognizing local and cloud folders. The Home page is also getting a modern WinUI update.
The new build also includes native controls for RGB peripherals such as keyboards, mice, and monitors. RGB lighting can be configured directly in the Windows Settings app, with no need to download third-party tools.
Meanwhile, Build 22631.1835 in the Beta Channel adds a single new feature and one additional improvement. A new toggle lets users control whether to use a cellular connection when Wi-Fi connectivity is weak. The improvement is that Narrator natural voices in Chinese and Spanish (Spain and Mexico) have been added.
Narrator users can browse the web, read, and write mail, and do more with the Natural Narrator voices using modern, on-device text to speech.
These updates are being tested with Windows Insiders, and it is not yet clear when they will be released to the public. However, these updates are expected to enhance the user experience on Windows 11.

What the old snacks. I believe that the UI fonts could be improved and the transitions may be causing dizziness for some users. Would it be possible to form a team to work on enhancing Windows' UI/UX design, similar to the smooth and polished user experience offered by Apple?
