macOS Sonoma 14.2 brings enhanced AutoFill, Contact Key Verification, widgets, and more

The macOS Sonoma 14.2 update introduces numerous features, including an enhanced AutoFill for PDFs, using Contacts data to complete PDFs or scanned documents by identifying fields and filling them with relevant contact information. The Messages app now also includes Contact Key Verification, stickers support for message bubbles, and a catch-up arrow for easy navigation to unread messages (pretty similar to iOS 17.2)

The Apple Weather app now displays precipitation levels for the next ten days and includes widgets for various weather information such as next-hour precipitation, daily forecasts, and air quality. The Clock app has been updated to support multiple timers with unique names, timer presets, and a Recents feature for restarting recently used timers.

Additional updates include a Favorite Songs Playlist in Apple Music, a feature to disable Listening History during Focus mode, Shazam support on MacOS, and new keyboard layouts for languages. There are also many security updates that you can check here. To install, go to Apple menu System Settings General Software Update.
