Apple Music Classical now available on iPad with extensive library and high-quality audio
Apple has expanded the reach of its Apple Music Classical app to include iPad users. Initially launched for iPhone users in March, the app is now available for download on the iPad, provided users have an Apple Music subscription. (It is worth noting that the app has also been available for Android users since earlier, although updates for the native macOS version are still awaited).
The specialized classical music streaming service offers an extensive library of classical music recordings, which are categorized by composer, work, and conductor. The app also supports high-quality audio, allowing users to enjoy recordings in up to 192 kHz / 24-bit lossless audio.
Apple Music Classical has been tailored for the larger display of the iPad, featuring a full navigational sidebar for easy access to albums, songs, playlists, and search functionalities.
