Mistral AI is a French artificial intelligence company that emerged early in the current AI boom. It has developed large-scale models that rank among the most influential players in the field. Because of its location in France, Mistral AI’s services are subject to GDPR. However, privacy is NOT positioned as a core principle in its business model. As of my own experience the chat-logs are stored locally. So please mind the Privacy Policy.
