Guardian Eye WebCamera runs an RTSP and ONVIF server on a phone you already own, so the device appears on the network as a normal IP camera. It serves RTSP with H.264 or H.265, ONVIF Profile S discovery and events, an MJPEG stream and JPEG snapshots over HTTP.
