Reviewed Planet VPNI have been using Planet Free VPN on Windows and Android for more than a year. This service has not yet been blocked in Russia (August, 2024), which cannot be said about many other popular free VPNs I have tried.
Pros: Premium grants access to servers in almost any world country you might need. Free tier as of now has five countries. Premium lets you download OpenVPN config files. It allows paying in crypto, including Monero.
