The service has suspended new account creation (still the case as of July 2013) and the founder has confessed he has been ignoring support requests.
After the announcement that Yahoo! would shut down Delicious, I felt the need to make a quick migration to an alternative social bookmarking service. I hadn't heard of Zootool before this point, but I figured it couldn't hurt to give it a try - now I'm totally addicted! Just like Delicious (by the way, bookmarks importing is available - including tags support), I can flag my items for private or public visibility. It's really neat how the app rounds up all of your stored "zoo" items into a nicely presented visual gallery. From there I have the option to share my items via my favorite social networks at the click of a button. Retracing my internet breadcrumbs will never be the same...
