Comments and Reviews
Assist is reasonably priced and works well across Windows, Mac, and Linux. It doesn't offer everything of some of the other options, but it offers enough of the core features for most uses - including by businesses. That said, if you have a budget for LogMeIn or TeamViewer, these are a bit slicker, imho.
The free version is also pretty decent. My bigget frustrations are:
Awesome product. Easy to use. Easy to integrate or use by users that aren't too tech savvy. Pricing is flexible. What can you ask more. I Highly recommended it.
We use it for only 3 days and there was a failure of about 4 hours when we were not able to access some equipment through zoho assist. Is it always work the same? One more such fail and we would need to search other solutions.
