It is not available as a standalone text and Markdown editor, you need to register to create a space on their server (which you can log in later on with the desktop app).
Furthermore, it doesn't seem to be free, as they offer subscription plans and lifetime licenses (for the current version). I could not find anything for free, as claimed here on AlternativeTo.
All in all, very confusing and incomprehensible.
