Story
Zeevou’s founder, Na'ím Anís Paymán, has made it his life’s mission to advance civilization - and kickstart things if they seem a little slow! After doing his undergraduate studies at Cambridge University in the Natural Sciences, he decided to expand his interests through business, growing a short term rental company to hundreds of units within a few years. It was while he was dealing with the consequences of that rapid expansion that the idea for Zeevou was born. Designed as a lean startup with a focus on technology and innovation, Zeevou keeps ahead of the curve by using real life processes and feedback to update its features and functionalities.

We started with Zeevou in 2019 when we launched our business and it’s been an incredible journey so far with them. The system is easy to use with very little manual intervention which enables us to focus on other areas of our business. Our Partner Success Manager Lisa, has been an incredible support, available whenever we’ve needed her. If anyone is looking for an intuitive system with amazing customer service support then Zeevou is it! We would highly recommend them.
A PMS that works like a Swiss watch :). It makes the everyday job much more easy to manage compared to other PMS I have used. It has a user-friendly occupancy calendar with easy drag and drop functionality for moving bookings between units. Easy access/edit bookings from the occupancy calendar. Payment links are instantly generated at the time of the booking and are automatically sent to the guests within minutes. Invoices/booking statements can be emailed from the system. We can schedule for cancelation bookings we cannot accommodate (overbookings/fraudulent bookings). We can block dates in occupancy calendar providing a reason for that. Personalized booking/reservation reports fitting the desired time frame. This PMS offers also excellent booking/payment history log - valuable for finance/audit purposes.

I really hated the old system we were using , it was pretty much basic, not user friendly and took so much time giving training to new staff, unlike zeevou, it has made it so much easier for me and our company... i highly recommend !!!
