Yulo is an online platform for anyone preparing for a German language exam in the telc format. It was built by a small independent team of people who went through the same process themselves: juggling PDFs, photocopied mock papers and apps that stop one level too early. Yulo puts every part of the exam in one place, with feedback that explains itself.

Yulo offers full mock exams in the real format. Sit a complete telc Deutsch B1 exam with authentic timing, structure and task types. Every mock ends with a telc-style score report showing exactly where your points came from and where they went.

• Leseverstehen: Globalverstehen, Detailverstehen and Selektives Verstehen, with feedback pointing to the exact sentence that held the answer.
• Sprachbausteine: connectors, prepositions and pronouns drilled in context, with an explanation of why each wrong option is wrong.
• Hörverstehen: native-speed audio in realistic settings, replayable as often as you need.
• Schriftlicher Ausdruck: write your Beschwerdebrief and get it marked for grammar, register and structure, then rewritten with you line by line.
• Mündlicher Ausdruck: a simulated exam partner that introduces itself, discusses a topic and plans an activity with you, exactly like the real oral exam, with fluency feedback immediately afterwards.

Practice built from your own mistakes. Yulo generates new exercise sets targeting the gaps your last session revealed, so you stop re-practising what you already know.
