The (few) apps I currently use on my Android phone
Here are all the apps I use on my Android phone. For the rest (contacts, calculator, files, clock, PDF viewer, camera, SMS, web browser…), I just use the default apps shipped with GrapheneOS.

It's the only open source alternative to proprietary spam blockers I've found. It's database is not the best but it at least can help recognize well-known brands calling you for advertisement purposes
Really good spam blocker. It's free, open source, crowd sourced, and you can add or import your own blacklist. It's not perfect, but it's really good, and it's the best I've found so far.
Does not block calls, you must do that to block the call.
It does block calls for me. The "Call blocking" section of the app settings shows all of the options.
