xeRAbora is a desktop companion for RetroAchievements. It shows your library across every system you have played, each game's achievement set in the author's order or along the intended progression path, the missables you are about to lose, the median time other players needed for each unlock, a game's leaderboards and your rank. UP NEXT picks the achievements closest to you by median time, so you always know what to go for.
Turn on FOLLOW MY PLAY and the LIVE tab follows your account on any emulator with RetroAchievements: the game you are in, the rich presence line and the unlocks as they land. Plug in a real PlayStation 2 running the bundled Open PS2 Loader fork and the same screen fills with numbers straight from the game's memory: measured progress, live leaderboard trackers and unlocks on the original hardware, with a gold flash on the TV. The console is optional; the client works without one.
It is one file for Windows, Linux or macOS, nothing to install. The interface is a page the client serves to itself, so it opens in your browser, on a phone on the same Wi-Fi, or as an OBS browser source for a stream. English, Spanish and Brazilian Portuguese. Softcore only, since RetroAchievements has not granted hardcore to a real-hardware client. Open source under MIT; the loader fork keeps OPL's license. The PS2 side needs a console with a network adapter and games on a USB stick or the original disc. An alpha, in active development.
