What is wxMP3gain?
A free automatic mp3 volume normalizer. MP3Gain analyzes and adjusts mp3 files so that they have the same volume. There is no quality lost in the change because the program adjusts the mp3 file directly, without decoding and re-encoding. wxMP3val is a free front-end for the MP3gain.

Used it once without any issues on a library of about 100 tracks.
Doesn't require fiddling to reduce audio under 85db and works with non-English filenames (Japanese/Chinese/Korean). Seems to process files a bit slower than Mp3gain though.

Although it is the same mp3gain, it has a nice interface. The developers of the program would have to make it a skin to mp3gain. I think it would be better this way.
It just works, and more faster than Mp3Gain And doesn't annoys with the infamous "Windows Installer" or "MS Office Installer"
Please trust in my word
