WorkHoist is a construction management software designed for general contractors and specialty trades with crews of 5 to 50 in the US and UK. It manages the entire job process from lead generation to invoicing.

It features a built-in CRM and sales pipeline for tracking prospects and bids, and allows for the creation of estimates and proposals. Once a deal is won, it automatically converts into a live project.

The software includes project management tools like Gantt schedules, task management, daily logs with photos, RFIs, submittals, punch lists, document management, crew work plans, and equipment tracking.

It also handles job financials including budgets, cost codes, change orders, purchase orders, expenses, time cards, schedule-of-values billing with AIA G702/G703 forms, AR aging, budget tracking, cash flow, and job-specific P&L.

Subcontractor compliance is managed by tracking documents and flagging expired ones. It integrates with Gmail or Outlook for project email communication and provides portal access for clients and subcontractors. An in-app AI assistant answers data-related questions.
