Now is 2019, and discontinued WinMTR v0.92 is good trace-tool for network diagnosing. I use it instead of native Windows command tool TRACERT.

What is WinMTR?

WinMTR is a Free Network Diagnostic Tool WinMTR is a Windows application which combines the functionality of the traceroute and ping utilities in a single network diagnostic tool. WinMTR is an equivalent of mtr icon mtr for Windows developed by Appnor. Functionally it is very similar, although it does not actually share any code in common with mtr due to the major diffences between the *nix and Windows network stacks.
