What is WinFindGrep?

WinFindGrep is an open-source Windows utility for searching and optionally replacing text across multiple folders. Inspired by Unix grep, it offers a native GUI experience.

• Recursive search with file-type filters (*.cs, *.xml, *.txt, …) • Regex, case-sensitive, and whole-word options • Results list shows file path, line number, preview, and last-modified date • Double-click a result to open the file at the match • Portable single-file .exe built in C# / .NET 9.0

Ideal for developers, sysadmins, and power users who need a fast “Find in Files” replacement.
