    I used many time in Windows.

    BE AWARE! It is quite advanced and has power to overwrite partition table, hidden partitions, or any reserved data space in external drives (like those for custom password software).

    It may break those devices, make recovering data impossible.

Since the release of version 1.0.0, this doesn't work on Windows 10 anymore.

This seems to be more of a copier than a true Image creator.

Broke my sd card. I tho it was my sd card reader but did research. It looks this software was the one who broke it.

What is Win32 Disk Imager?

Create and restore image backups of disk drives.

This program is designed to write a raw disk image to a removable device or backup a removable device to a raw image file. It is very useful for embedded development, namely Arm development projects (Android, Ubuntu on Arm, etc). Anyone is free to branch and modify this program. Patches are always welcome.
