It's an awful product with regular 600% price increases for the same buggy software. A license means nothing to this company. They do not honor customer licenses and cancel them while active so you have to purchase again. Highly unethical company.
I can't stand WHMCS. They've been around for a long time so you would think the software would be a lot further than it is. They switched to a monthly billing model so they get paid more, yet you still get crap support.
UX and support is a nightmare.
Ddomain registration module do not work and they are not going to fix them. This is the official response of the support. This is ridiculous.
A real nightmare. If you are searching for a good billing and automation system, don't stop searching. If you're already using it, switch as soon as you can.
The over-all system is horrible. Also support is nothing more then an auto-response, as it seems.
