Comments about NAPS2 as an Alternative to VueScan
It doesn't emulate the driver twain of old scanners
Works flawless under Win 10, recognized the flatbed-scanner in one click. Now I can edit the scan before storing it. Brightness, contrast, size or a crop. A huge improvement over the deeply hidden default WIA scanner in W10. And all this luxury in a portable tool that’s just 5.3Mb. It recognized my default language without asking. Great stuff.
