VPath

VPath is a native desktop 3D CAD application for makers, designers and small shops, with an optional CAM add-on for CNC machining.

Draw exact profiles and turn them into solids with extrude, revolve, sweep, loft, shell, fillets, chamfers, patterns and Boolean operations. Direct face and edge editing works alongside an editable feature history. Build assemblies and create technical drawings with dimensions, section views and detail views.

The optional CAM add-on keeps design and machining in the same document. Define stock, tools and machine setups, then create profiling, pocketing, drilling, engraving, V-carving and 3D roughing and finishing toolpaths. Preview tool motion and material removal before exporting G-code.

Exchange geometry as STEP, IGES, STL, OBJ, DXF and SVG, and export drawings as PDF, SVG or DXF. An optional local MCP server, disabled by default, lets a compatible AI assistant build and edit models using VPath's own modeling tools with native Undo and Redo.

Modeling, drawings and CAM run locally. There is no VPath account, required cloud workspace, subscription or advertising. The CAD app is a one-time purchase, and CAM is a separate one-time add-on.
