Voxtrics

Voxtrics is a survey and feedback tool for websites. Surveys can sit inside a page, open as a popup behind a button or on their own, run as a chat in a corner of the page, be published at their own link, or be sent by email.

Popup and chat surveys can open after a delay, on exit intent on desktop, when a visitor reaches the end of the page, on a click on a page element, for returning visitors, when a cookie is present, or for a random share of visitors.

Surveys support more than 20 question types, including NPS, rating, matrix, ranking, constant sum and signature, and one survey can run in up to 8 languages. AI can draft a survey from a short prompt and translate it.

Each response comes with the page address, browser and device. From the Scale plan, visitors can point at the part of the page their answer is about, and the response is saved with a screenshot of the page with that element highlighted.

Responses can trigger alerts in Slack, Telegram or email, can be assigned and commented on in the dashboard, and can be exported to Excel. Customer data is stored on Voxtrics's own servers in Finland. There is a free plan with 300 responses a month.
