The interface is user-friendly. I like using it. My friend recommend me TunesKit and AMusicSoft Spotify Music Converter. They are both good.
ViWizard Music Converter is okay software with shady business practices. Would not recommend.
I attempted to use their "5x conversion" on a mac only to have it fail. Instead I got 1x, very slow conversion. Fine if you want to do 1 song. Support informed me that the fine print somewhere says 5x conversion is only available on Windows.
So I asked to exercise their "5 day money back guarantee". But, as I was told, that's only available in the event of "catastrophic technical failure". No joke. Read their fine print. Glad I only shelled out $15 USD and not for the whole license.
When I pressed them on all this and started posting my experience online, they first offered me a 50% refund, then 100% if I would take down my reviews online. I declined.
Shady practices by a shady company.
I installed ViWizard Music Converter for Mac. I got the error message, "'Viwizard Music Converter' can’t be opened because Apple cannot check it for malicious software." I right-clicked on the application, and chose Open from the contextual menu, and this opened it without the error message.
I tried to download a playlist from Spotify. Music Converter only recognized 100 of the 176 songs in the playlist. The trial version only converted one minute of each song –– not the full length [0]. It changed the device for sound output to MMAudio Device. But I could still play other music in QuickTime Player while downloading in Music Converter. It costs $14.95 / month or $49.95 / lifetime [1].
