One thing that helped was tracking only the specific part I actually cared about instead of the whole page — it reduced a lot of false alerts.

I found it really buggy, UI is slow and crashing every 5 mins. Change detection only works on "perfect" websites.
I had a similar issue with noisy alerts and missed changes on dynamic pages.

Free and easy to use. The app is having problems with updates below the fold, though.
