If you start VisualSubst from 2 different folders it does not use the subst.ini from the different folders
I use (a) X:\PApps+BS\VisualSubst\XP.03.E2MNPS\vSubst.exe with X:\PApps+BS\VisualSubst\XP.03.E2MNPS\vSubst.ini
and (b) X:\PApps+BS\VisualSubst\XP.03.H2MNPS\vSubst.exe with X:\PApps+BS\VisualSubst\XP.03.H2MNPS\vSubst.ini
In (a) the drives M,N,P,S shall be E:\M, E:\N,.... and in (b) drives M,N,P,S shall be H:\M, H:\N,....
But ist does not work, although there are 2 different vSubst.ini-files. If I call (a) the result is the same as with (b).
So I must use 2 bat-files with the different subst-commands.
