Vieas - last update 2015-not made for Win10, but it seems to work.. shows hot keys before opening. Main window top bar hides/displays. Basically, you use a right-click context menu. End icon on top bar will open secondary edit window. I prefer clearly defined options on the top bar vs poke-around windows and menus.
