What is Vidi - Email?
Vidi is a read-receipt tracker delivered as a Chrome extension. It adds WhatsApp-style ticks directly inside your mailbox: a single grey tick when your email is sent, a double green tick the moment it has actually been read. Vidi works across Gmail, Outlook.com and Yahoo Mail from one extension.
Two things set it apart. First, nothing visible is added to your email, unlike Mailtrack's free plan there is no "Sent with" signature, so the recipient sees a completely normal message. Second, the green tick only turns on for genuine human opens; Vidi classifies opens by IP and user agent so Apple Mail Privacy Protection and corporate scanners do not trigger false reads.
