I used to use Freemake Video Converter for all my video conversion needs. I discovered Video to Video Converter because I've been collecting as much portable software as I can, and there aren't a lot of good portable video converters, so I thought I would give this a try. I've been very happy with this program so far. The interface and simplicity remind me a great deal of Freemake Video Converter. Unfortunately Freemake comes bundled with some crapware, which you can choose not to install if you do a custom install, but due to principles, it still turns me off from their product a bit. Due to its portability, simple design and intuitive interface, Video to Video Converter is now my go to video conversion utility of choice. I recommend you give it a try if you haven't already.
Freemake Video Converter now puts a big load of text in the middle of the output video. You have to pay to remove it.
