What is VH Multi Cam Studio?
VH Multi Cam (VHMultiCam) is a tool which allows mixing, synchronization, splitting and sharing of any media or screen content. It facilitates rendering of unlimited video & image files and live video sources (including VHScrCap) at the same time. It also syncronization of media streams with each other, control positions and z-order. Finally it supports splitting video mixer result between several applications (using VHMultiCam video source), so it can replace tools which allow splitting of video devices between applications. It is possible to create two and more VHMultiCam tool instances, but video source will connect only to selected as "default".
VH Multi Cam is Skype and Flash compatible and can be used to share desktop, media files, etc. It can be used with any other DirectShow-based tools. The current version of Multi Cam Studio is provided as freeware to demonstrate the flexibility of the VH Media Lib and the powerful filters provided herein.

I can't figure out why this won't work with G+ hangouts though... I can get it to work with Skype pretty easy, but G+ doesn't seem to like it...
Yeah, now it's back to being beta and being called XSplit. They're updating rather frequently, so I think it'll be re-released soon.

I've used this app since the early versions, and it does exactly what I need, and isn't full of a ton of useless crap, I use every feature.
