Valkyrie identifies every failed payment in your Stripe account, classifies each one, and sends a branded sequence of up to four recovery emails to your customers asking them to update their card. The sequence runs over 14 days and stops the moment a card is updated. You never pay for what Stripe already recovers on its own — Valkyrie only charges on the lift above Stripe's baseline.

The pricing model is simple: 25% of what Valkyrie actually recovers, after a 7-day hold to confirm each recovery stuck. No platform fee. No monthly minimum. No charge if nothing is recovered. Invoices go out monthly, covering all recoveries from the previous month.
