UserLimit is a managed load-testing service that uses real browsers. Instead of firing raw HTTP requests, it runs browser sessions that click through your site the way visitors do: browsing products, adding to cart and checking out.
You describe one visit as a scenario, either by writing the steps or by pasting a Playwright script, and validate it for free. Then you choose how many sessions to run, how their arrival is spread (five traffic shapes, from 10 seconds to 1 hour) and which cloud regions they start from.
Results are broken down by page and by step: load time, TTFB and LCP rated against Web Vitals thresholds, timing for every step, failed requests with their HTTP status codes, and grouped errors from failed sessions. So you see which step got slow, not just that the site was slow.
Safety is built in. You can only test domains you've verified with a DNS TXT record or a meta tag, with nothing to install on your servers. Each test also has an error threshold, and the run stops itself once too many sessions fail.
Every run is kept with its settings so you can spot the release that got slower. Tests can run daily, weekly or monthly, send alerts by email, Slack or webhook, and be shared with developers or clients through a link.
Pricing is based on virtual-user hours (VUh). Every account gets free trial hours, and after that you can buy hours as you go (they never expire) or pick a monthly plan.
