What is Up&Up?

Up&Up is a candidate assessment platform for small hiring teams. You paste in a job description and it writes an assessment to match — multiple choice, written answers, video answers, personality questions, typing tests, timed games, code and AI voice interviews — then sends it to candidates as a link or an invitation.

Answers are scored automatically, voice interviews are transcribed, and every session can be recorded and checked for a second person on camera, an identity that does not match the ID photo, or a candidate who keeps looking away. Results arrive as a ranked list with a percentage, a trait profile and a benchmark against everyone else who has taken the same assessment, so a team can shortlist or reject without reading every submission end to end.
