Discontinued, but still works.
Most Reader View extensions will go past the paywall AND give you a nice ad-free layout.. some to your specifications (images yes/no) etc.. Just saying.
Works better than 12FT Ladder in most cases. I would recommend it to bypass greedy paywalls.
